We began developing a unified order management system for MHdent in 2019, and today, they’re using its fourth generation. “What I value most is the quick, friendly communication. We always solve whatever we need efficiently,” Martin Holeček, current CEO and the company owner, summarizes.
MHdent, a milling center specializing in dental prosthetics, has been on the market since 2016. The company has become very popular among dentists and dental clinics by using innovative 3D models to produce prosthetic devices. However, for a long time, MHdent could only process a limited number of orders per day. Why? Mainly the way orders were managed - manually, using WhatsApp and Excel spreadsheets.
In 2019, MHdent partnered with Server Mechanics to develop a unified ordering system, MHdent Center. This system allows dentists to easily place orders with all the required specifications, like 3D scans and product parameters. On the other hand, it ensures transparent communication and tracking within the production team. The result? The number of orders jumped from fewer than ten to hundreds per week.
“Server Mechanics’ developers quickly grasped the dental workflow, enabling them to offer and create many functions we didn’t even know existed,” says MHdent owner Martin Holeček. “Communicating with non-experts like us isn’t the easiest task, so I really appreciate how they could design and deliver exactly what we needed.”

After implementing the unified information system, MHdent saw a dramatic increase in order processing capacity. Before our solution, the team had managed a maximum of ten orders a day; with the fourth generation of MHdent Center, that number has now reached hundreds weekly.
MHdent Center has significantly simplified communication between dentists, technicians, and the rest of the production team. Dentists now easily place orders online and attach 3D scans with precise parameters. The system automatically tracks the order’s progress and provides real-time updates, ensuring a smooth workflow, reducing errors, and increasing overall efficiency.
